The limited capacity of 15 kilo makes the MB 15 the ideal choice for smaller chocolate producers. The machine barely takes up any room and thanks to the optional trolley with swivel castors you can easily move it to the side. You can also easily switch between different batches and products such as sugar-free or coloured chocolate and other sugar masses.

You also work with a decorator? Perfect! Via the BETEC GP 200 pump group the MB 15 provides a continuous supply of melted or tempered chocolate to your decorator. This allows you to make the most beautiful edible works of art in no time.
