The MBE wheel machine ensures a highly stable and reproducible coating process, allowing every product batch to achieve the same quality level.

This makes the wheel glazing technology particularly suitable for products and coatings where classic enrobing systems reach their limits more quickly. From thin liquid coatings to thick or sticky masses, and even coatings with additives or small particles, products can be processed in a controlled manner.

Because the coating is not circulated through pumps or piping, there is less risk of clogging. This also makes the machine easier and faster to clean, which is especially important for applications involving cream, ice cream products or other sensitive masses.

Thanks to the self-cleaning polycord conveyor, contamination on the belt is reduced and the line remains operational, even with very sticky coatings such as sugar icing. For applications where products also need coating on the underside, the wheel glazing machine can be equipped with a standard wire mesh conveyor.

By adding a decoration module, the product is fully finished in a single pass, resulting in:
