Multifunctional Dosing and One-Shot Chocolate Filling System with Dual Tempering and Decoration Unit
This integrated chocolate production line combines multiple melting tanks, a dual tempering configuration and a complete one-shot dosing setup, complemented by a vibrating and shaking conveyor and a decoration unit. Efficient Melting with Four Melting Tanks
The line is equipped with one MKT 1000 melting tank (consisting of three separate 1,000 kg vessels) and three MK 2500 melting tanks, each fitted with an internal recirculation system to ensure homogeneous processing.
Thanks to the supplied feeding conveyor, the melting tanks can be filled safely and ergonomically with callets. Operators no longer need to work on ladders or platforms, significantly reducing fall risk and physical strain. Because all operations are carried out from floor level, the process remains clear and operators can intervene more quickly when necessary.
This configuration makes it possible to:
- keep different types of chocolate ready simultaneously
- switch quickly between dark, milk, white, or special recipes

Two Tempering Machines for Maximum Flexibility
A unique feature of this installation is the combination of the MT 80 GPE and CAT 200D tempering machines. Both machines are connected to the melting tanks via double-walled piping, giving you complete freedom in selecting and routing your chocolate flow.
CAT 200D – For High Tempering Capacity

Controlled Temperature and Homogeneous Chocolate Flow
Thanks to the double-walled piping, the chocolate always remains at the correct temperature, ensuring it stays perfectly fluid and can be pumped without issues.
In the melting tanks, a continuous chocolate flow can be created by switching the valves to internal recirculation mode. This ensures optimal mixing, uniform melting, and prevents dead zones in the chocolate mass.
After the tempering machine, a ring line ensures constant circulation of tempered chocolate. The chocolate flows past the outlet points of the consumers and then returns to the tempering tank. When the one-shot requires chocolate, the valve opens and the required quantity is fed to the buffer hopper; the valve then closes again and circulation of the tempered chocolate continues as normal.
This configuration guarantees:

- consistent quality of the tempered chocolate
- a production process without downtime
Complete One-Shot Dosing Setup
The one-shot dosing line can be fed by either tempering machine, depending on the desired production volume and type. For dosing and forming chocolate products, the line consists of:
- AMD-Triple – moulds are automatically denested and conveyed
- BOSS 275 one-shot dosing machine – accurate and stable dosing of chocolate and fillings
- VC 450 SD vibrating and shaking conveyor – removes air bubbles and levels each mould
- GDD 450 granule decoration machine – ideal for inclusions, toppings, and crunch effects
This setup allows you to produce filled pralines, tablets, and bars, as well as creations with a wide range of granule decorations.
Processing of Granulates and Decorations
The integrated GDD 450 makes this installation particularly versatile. The machine distributes granulates such as:
- nut pieces
- chocolate vermicelli
- sugar or salt granules
- biscuit crumbs
Fully controlled over the moulds or products. This ensures even distribution, an attractive finish, and consistent product quality.
