Crystal paper rolls for take-off conveyors

Betec crystal paper rolls are specifically selected for use on take-off conveyors behind enrobing lines. At this stage of the process, a stable and precise product transfer is crucial, especially when processing small or delicate pralines.

Thanks to its specific paper quality, it follows the conveyor belt perfectly and contributes to a controlled and clean product outfeed.

The crystal paper used (± 55 microns, 40/42 g/m²) is ultra-thin yet sufficiently strong. It precisely follows the conveyor belt, allowing an extremely fine transition between the enrober coating belt and the paper-covered take-off conveyor.

This is particularly important when working with small, light or delicate pralines and chocolate products, where even minimal height differences can lead to tipping or shifting. Thanks to the smooth paper transition, the risk of damage is significantly reduced and the product flow remains stable and controlled.

Thanks to its low thickness, each roll contains more linear meters of paper than standard paper rolls. This results in:
