Enrobe one biscuit but not the next? This enrober allows you to quickly and easily switch between products with or without chocolate. Do they need enrobing? Then they go to the wiremesh. A biscuit without chocolate? Immediately to the PU-belt.
No more constantly switching between machine set-ups. All it takes now is a push of a button. The mid-size E400 enrober is equipped with an extra conveyor belt that moves up and down to guide your products when you do or don't need to use chocolate. This is much handier and faster and you prevent damage because there is no need to constantly change your production line. Do you use real chocolate? Then you need one of our tempering machines.
