Continuous chocolate filtration before tempering
During the melting, conveying and pumping of chocolate, small impurities or foreign particles may unintentionally enter the chocolate during the production process. These may include, for example, a piece of packaging, a broken plastic component, a piece of glove or other unwanted contaminants that accidentally enter the melting tank or product flow during a previous processing step.
Although such situations are exceptional, even a single small foreign object can be enough to affect the quality of the final product, disrupt a tempering machine or dosing system or pose a food safety risk.

The filtered chocolate is subsequently collected in the integrated buffer tank, which ensures a stable and continuous supply to the tempering machine.
In this way, the entire chocolate production process continues without interruption, without additional intermediate steps or manual handling, while the chocolate is continuously and reliably filtered throughout the production flow.
Automatic chocolate filtration within the production flow
The ISU 2000 is designed to sieve chocolate inline without interrupting production.
The process is fully automatic:
- The chocolate is supplied from an external melting tank.
- The chocolate is filtered through the interchangeable sieve.
- Impurities remain on the sieve.
